30 Days No-hassle Return: You have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item. Please contact us at contact@willworkjewelry.com with your order number first.

  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
  • The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt
    • Rings with engravings
    • Ring size less than 3 US or greater than 10 US
    • Worn, damaged, altered and/or not in purchase condition
    • On-sale items or gift cards.

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is highly recommended to purchase insurance when returning.If the item is not returned in its original condition or get lost, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Refundable Fee

    Our jewelries are handmade, the most expensive part is the handmade art of artisans. Based on the experience, few customers choose the same style and same ring size. Even though we use recycled materials to PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT, craftsmen have to disassemble the ring and recycle the metal once returning item is received. The jewelry cannot be resold. That's why there will be handcrafted fee (20%-30% of item price) and shipping fee deducted, others will be refunded in 5 business days after the returned item is received..

    Warranty:

    There is a Lifetime Warranty, plus 1 year FREE tiny stone sending service if there is a manufacturing defect. After that,$100/year for Minor repair(such as resizing, replacing 1 or 2 small stones). However if the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.

    How to return?

    You can return the order to us using USPS (postal service), UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier that works for you. Please contact us to get the returning address before returning. We do recommend that you get a tracking number for the return shipment back to us (for safety reasons). Once the package is delivered back to us, we will update you, and we will process a full refund back or exchange.
